BY DEFAULT, our standard approach is to configure all functionalities of ATLANTIS SchoolManager for you by profiling your School on our live sub-domain in three – four hours. The key advantage for you here is that you don’t have to pay any fees upfront, as all expenses such as domain name registration fees, hosting package fees, security firewal provisioning fees and other devOps-related charges are borne by us and renewed every year on your behalf, without you even knowing about them.
However, if you wish to have your own domain away from ours (eg: www.schoolname.com), we can equally deploy for you in a day but then, you will have to pay all of the above fees every year – and can be quite expensive!
After deployment, we still do not ask you to pay us until your students pay you! You could choose to pay flat rates or percentage-based charges. The full range of pricing options are given below.
Free deployment for one Term
We deploy the complete package for you to use in real-life situations for one full Term, without you paying a kobo.
This gives you the opportunity to fully experience the power and convenience of ATLANTIS SchoolManager before deciding whether you want the full package or some select modules.
Per Student Per Term
Every student pays a fixed rate of ₦1,475.00 per Term, which is embedded into their school fees.
However, they will bear the transaction charges that apply when paying fees via our electronic online payment integrations. The charges are generally ₦100 + (1.5% of the amount being paid).
Per Transaction, Capped 5,500
Here, the applicable charges for each payment made is simply ₦120 + 6.5% of the total payable.
Being percentage based, the charges increase as the transaction amount increases but the charges will not exceed ₦5,500.00. No additional charges when paying via our online payment integrations.

Notice the computed charges exceed 5,500; but it will be automatically capped down to ₦5,500.00 only.
